A New Year’s Update
Happy New Year!
I wanted to share some exciting news about a significant development at The Gina Method and in my life personally. After careful consideration, I have decided to step down from my position as an anesthesiologist and transition into a career that is aligned with my passion for health, wellness, and longevity medicine.
Effective January 1, 2024, I will become the owner and Medical Director of a practice with locations in Littleton and Golden, CO, called Ageless Expressions. The practice currently offers the following services:

Over the past few years, I have undergone extensive training through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), Worldlink Medical, and Biote training programs. I obtained certification in Aesthetic Medicine and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and am a member of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS). I have never been more passionate about the important work of enhancing wellness and vitality across the lifespan.
Specifically, I intend to bring a precision-focused medical approach to Ageless Expressions and continue our commitment to exceptional results. In the coming months, I hope to expand the practice to include longevity medicine and personalized, comprehensive care.
